What you will need?
- General Stove
- Medium deep non stick pan
- Frozen chicken
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 3 table spoon
- Water 3 cups
- Tartaric powder ½ tea spoon
- Red chilly sliced 3 pcs
- Chopped Onion ½ cup
- Chopped Garlic 1 table spoon
- Chopped ginger 1 table spoon
- Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
- Sour card 3 table spoon
How to cook?
Tips: At the time of preserving chicken in the fridge
you should cut it into 11-12 pieces and wash very well so that you don’t need
to wash it again at the time of cooking.
Now whenever needed just bring the chicken out from fridge
and take it in the pan directly. Now mix all the ingredients mentioned above with
the chicken. Now place the pan on the
stove instantly. Keep the heat low.
Cover the pan with it’s lead. Cook it
for 5minutes. Stair it when needed otherwise it will burn from lower portion. Now add 1 cup of water in it and cook again
for another 5 minutes on medium hit this time.
When the gravy turns thick, stair it well and mix another 2 cups of water
and cook it for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
You may put off the stove now as your chicken dish is ready!
Take a nice bowl and pour the tasty chicken gravy in it. Serve it. I’m sure you
and your guests will be fascinated by it’s extremely fastidious taste. I
