May be everybody is not a chicken person, somebody might prefer mutton, beef or bacon, but seriously, you can prepare like thousands of dishes with chicken. It takes a lot less time to prepare and it will certainly tickle your taste buds. Here we are trying to provide you a nice and tasty chicken dish which you can prepare, cook and ready to serve within 25 minutes. The dish is called “Cajun grilled chicken with black eyed bean salad and guacamole.” For this splendid dish you will need the following:-

For the chicken breast:

1 tsp of rapeseed oil
½ tsp of dried oregano
½ tsp of dried thyme
1 tsp of paprika
¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
1 finely chopped garlic clove
4 skinless and boneless chicken breast (each weighing 140g)
1 large sealable plastic bag
1 rolling pin
Foil paper

For the black eyed bean salad:

200g black-eyed bean
2 deseeded and diced tomato
85g of canned sweet corn
2 finely chopped spring onions
25g semi-dried and roughly chopped tomato in oil from a jar
Juice of 1 lime
Small handful of finely chopped coriander

For the guacamole:

1 stoned and peeled avocado
¼ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
½ tsp of olive oil
Juice from 1 lime
Small handful of finely chopped coriander

Method:-

Step 1: Take the plastic bag. Put all the herbs and spices in it. Then put the chicken breasts in it and mix it well. Now seal the bag and smash the chicken with a rolling pin to flatten it. Then put it aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

Step 2: Take a large bowl. Pour all the things mentioned for the black eyed bean salad. Mix the ingredients well by stirring. Then put it aside.

Step 3: Now we will make the guacamole. Take the avocado. Scoop the flesh out of it. If you want it to be smooth, mash it with lime juice and olive oil. Then mix all the other ingredients with it.

Step 4: Now put on your induction cooktop (if you are looking for the best induction cooktops, see our Best Induction Cooktop or Best Induction Cooktop Reviews). Take your grill pan. Heat it on the cooktop in a medium heat. Line the grill pan with foil after heating. Place the chicken breasts on it and grill for 5 minutes in a medium high heat. You can always turn the heat a bit low if needed. Check it occasionally if it turned golden brown in color. Once golden brown, flip it and grill for another 5-7 minutes. Check the center of the breasts. If cooked, turn down your cooktop and remove the pan.

Step 5: You are now good to go. Take a plate. Place 1 grilled chicken breast on one side of it. On the other side, put some bean salad and a dollop of guacamole. Then serve it to anyone. We bet it will be an experience of a lifetime for anyone if that person has a good taste.

In usual concept of cooking or frying chicken “Oil” is a must! But can you imagine chicken can be cooked without a drop of oil? And yes it will be testy and healthy for sure.  If you are concern about food value and want to avoid fat then this is perfect for you.

Let’s have a look how we can cook chicken without oil! And you can do it simply using your stove. It’s really easy to do.

Things you will need:

Stove
non-stick frying pan
n    on-stick pan spray
      2 chicken breasts
     Juice of 2 lemons
1 mug of dry white wine
     1/2 tsp. of salt
    1/2 tsp. of pepper
    1 tsp. Garlic juice
    2 tsp. Onion juice
    Vegetable juice (If preferred)

Guidelines:
Step - 01
Wash two chicken breasts under normal water and pat completely dry with a paper towel.  Lay the chicken breasts on a cutting board to make it completely dry.

Step - 02
Now take the chicken breasts into a bowl and season them. Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons, regarding 4 tsp., right into a combining bowl. Put 1 mug of dry white wine right into the dish. Add 1/2 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of pepper. Stir the blend. Immerse the chicken into the marinade to layer both sides. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to marinade for one hour. You may season it as per your own taste and choice.

Step - 03
Lay the non-stick frying pan on your stove-top heating element. Warm the pan for 2 minutes. Put the heat on medium/medium low. You can brown the chicken with just that sprayed on your pan, and then add a little liquid (water works great) to simmer the chicken in. Now add the marinated chicken boobs and cook on each side for 10-15 minutes flipping it only once. The key to keep the heat not too high or you will burn the outside. Now take out the chicken breasts from the flame and position them on a plate.

Step - 04
Bring in fresh active ingredients such as garlic, natural herbs and vegetables including red onion, zucchini and mushrooms, if desired.  Now place the frying pan aging on the oven. Keep the heat low and pour the mixed juice of vegetable, onion, garlic and so on into the pan. Boil it for 4/5 munities. Stair it until it is bit thick. Now put off the flame of the stove and pour the boiled juice on the cooked chicken breasts.

It’s ready to taste and serve. I personally love this dish. It tastes awesome. At the same time it will provide almost the half of the total calorie you need in a day. It is enriched with food value. I’m sure you will love it. Enjoy cooking.
