How to cook Juicy Chicken on The Stove

Who wants a nice, juicy chicken breast?

Chicken breasts are not normally the main course but you do need them for toppings and other purposes. Actually, they are a good source of protein. But because they have a low fat content, they tend to become dry and tasteless if overcooked. So making them tender and juicy might be a matter of challenge to a person.

There are thousands of cooking recipes to cook chicken. It’s really tough to find out a suitable recipe. So in order to minimize your hard work here is an excellent recipe for you. 

So what do you need to cook juicy chicken breasts on your stove? You simply have to follow some procedures. Because it’s all about right amount of heat and timing.

Things you need to cook chicken breasts:



·         Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
·         Knife
·         Meat mallet
·         Plastic wrap
·         Bowl
·         Salt
·         Freshly ground black pepper
·         Herbs and spices (optional)
·         Flour (optional)
·         Olive oil
·         Butter (optional)
·         Heavy sauté pan with lid

Step 1: Take the chicken breasts and measure the sizes so that every piece may be evenly sized. If the breasts are too thick you may even consider slicing it into two pieces. Then put them in the plastic wrap and cover it. Use the mallet to pound them into even thickness.

Step 2: Take the bowl and pour some flour in it. Add salt, pepper and herbs according to your taste. Then dip the chicken breasts in it nicely. Don’t forget to give a nice coating everywhere.

Step 3: Now take the sauté pan and place it on your stove with a medium high temperature to heat it up. When it is warm enough, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter (or a mixture of both if you want) onto it and swirl it around so that the oil scatters all over the pan.
