How to Cook Chicken on Induction Cooktop

May be everybody is not a chicken person, somebody might prefer mutton, beef or bacon, but seriously, you can prepare like thousands of dishes with chicken. It takes a lot less time to prepare and it will certainly tickle your taste buds. Here we are trying to provide you a nice and tasty chicken dish which you can prepare, cook and ready to serve within 25 minutes. The dish is called “Cajun grilled chicken with black eyed bean salad and guacamole.” For this splendid dish you will need the following:-

For the chicken breast:

1 tsp of rapeseed oil
½ tsp of dried oregano
½ tsp of dried thyme
1 tsp of paprika
¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
1 finely chopped garlic clove
4 skinless and boneless chicken breast (each weighing 140g)
1 large sealable plastic bag
1 rolling pin
Foil paper

For the black eyed bean salad:

200g black-eyed bean
2 deseeded and diced tomato
85g of canned sweet corn
2 finely chopped spring onions
25g semi-dried and roughly chopped tomato in oil from a jar
Juice of 1 lime
Small handful of finely chopped coriander

For the guacamole:

1 stoned and peeled avocado
¼ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
½ tsp of olive oil
Juice from 1 lime
Small handful of finely chopped coriander

Method:-

Step 1: Take the plastic bag. Put all the herbs and spices in it. Then put the chicken breasts in it and mix it well. Now seal the bag and smash the chicken with a rolling pin to flatten it. Then put it aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

Step 2: Take a large bowl. Pour all the things mentioned for the black eyed bean salad. Mix the ingredients well by stirring. Then put it aside.

Step 3: Now we will make the guacamole. Take the avocado. Scoop the flesh out of it. If you want it to be smooth, mash it with lime juice and olive oil. Then mix all the other ingredients with it.

Step 4: Now put on your induction cooktop (if you are looking for the best induction cooktops, see our Best Induction Cooktop or Best Induction Cooktop Reviews). Take your grill pan. Heat it on the cooktop in a medium heat. Line the grill pan with foil after heating. Place the chicken breasts on it and grill for 5 minutes in a medium high heat. You can always turn the heat a bit low if needed. Check it occasionally if it turned golden brown in color. Once golden brown, flip it and grill for another 5-7 minutes. Check the center of the breasts. If cooked, turn down your cooktop and remove the pan.

Step 5: You are now good to go. Take a plate. Place 1 grilled chicken breast on one side of it. On the other side, put some bean salad and a dollop of guacamole. Then serve it to anyone. We bet it will be an experience of a lifetime for anyone if that person has a good taste.
